The Best Keto Protein Waffles

- 2 scoops Heavenly Protein™ Powder Creamy Vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana or 1/2C berries
- Water (little splashes)
- Spray waffle maker w/ PAM coconut oil spray (lightly) & turn on medium heat
- While wafer maker is heating, in a bowl, mix all ingredients besides water.
- Stir in splashes of water until you reach a pancake batter consistency (should be a bit thinner)
- Pour batter in waffle maker & remove when light flashes.
- Add toppings: banana OR microwaved melted berries
- Drizzle syrup of choice (maple syrup / honey / SF Waldens)
