Confetti Mug Cake (high protein + vegan + GF)

1. In a blender, mix until smooth:

  • 1/3C oats
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/2C + 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla Heavenly Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • optional: 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup or stevia


2. Transfer batter to a ramekin and mix in: 

  • 1-2 tbsp sprinkles (you could also sub for blueberries, chocolate chips, dried fruit, etc!)


Bake for 24 mins @ 400F
