Chewy Almond Butter Protein Cookies
Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/3 cup Creamy Vanilla Heavenly Protein Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2C natural drippy almond butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 egg⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 tbsp almond milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 tbsp coconut flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4C sugar free/vegan chocolate chunks or chips
- Optional: sea salt to sprinkle of top⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Steps:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Preheat oven to 350F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- In a bowl, combine almond butter, coconut sugar, salt, egg and almond milk.
- Mix until ingredients are well combined. Then add in protein powder, coconut flour and baking soda until well combined. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Fold in chocolate chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Use a tbsp to drop a small cookie scoop to on the baking sheet. Flatten the tops of the cookies⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Bake for 8 mins.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
